TRI is an organisation that brings several NGOs together to work towards rural development, which explains the 5 coloured strands coming together to form one singe unit. 
The first set of ads take those 5 strands to portray how TRI is transforming rural India. This is to invite NGOs to partner with them. The second set of creatives try to bring out the stark difference between the urban and the rural development in India. 
The next set of creatives are the internal wall branding for the office with their 5 values.
